孕婦應注意之藥品（OTC篇）
備註：雖然懷孕分級（FDA Category）已經取消。本篇依舊附上供參考。
止痛藥
B級：Acetaminophen
禁忌NSAIDs 類懷孕期間不建議使用，或需依照醫師指示。
【注意】市售之 Acetaminophen 常搭配 Caffeine（如普拿疼加強錠），有含 Caffeine 者孕婦不能使用！
過敏藥（抗組織胺）
B級：Cetirizine、Loratadine、Chlorpheniramine
C級：Fexofenadine
鼻噴劑
C級：Fluticasone
暈車
B級：Meclizine、Diphenhydramine
止吐
B級：Diphenhydramine
拉肚子
C級：Loperamide
禁忌含 bismuth 的止瀉藥
脹氣或胃酸引起的胃痛
C級：Simethicone
「Simethicone 舊資料顯示C級，但因為Simethicone 不被人體所吸收，臨床上普遍視為孕期安全」
便祕
C級：Sennoside
B級：Bisacodyl
咳嗽

FDA舊制孕婦分級的意思
FDA舊制「孕婦分級」的意思
1. Category A — No risk in human studies
Studies in pregnant women have not demonstrated a
risk to the fetus during the first trimester.
2. Category B — No risk in animal studies
There are no adequate studies in humans, but animal
studies did not demonstrate a risk to the fetus.
3. Category C — Risk cannot be ruled out
There are no satisfactory studies in pregnant
women, but animal studies demonstrated a risk to the fetus; potential benefits
of the drug may outweigh the risks.
4. Category D — Evidence of risk
Studies in pregnant women have demonstrated a risk
to the fetus; potential benefits of the drug may outweigh the risks.
5. Category X — Contraindicated
Studies in pregnant women have demonstrated a risk
to the fetus, and/or human or animal studies have shown fetal abnormalities;
risks of the drug outweigh the potential benefits.
我稍微整理翻譯一下：
1. Category A（A級）—
無風險（人類研究證實安全）
在人類孕婦（特別是第一孕期）的研究中，沒有發現對胎兒的風險。
2. Category B（B級）—
無風險（動物研究安全）
人類研究不足，但動物實驗中，沒有發現對胎兒的風險。
3. Category C（C級）—
無法排除風險
缺乏足夠的人類研究，且動物實驗顯示可能對胎兒有風險；但若藥物效益大於風險，仍可在醫師評估下使用。
4. Category D（D級）—
已知風險
在人類研究中，已證實對胎兒有風險；但在某些情況（如危及生命或無替代藥物）下，效益仍可能大於風險。
5. Category X（X級）—
懷孕禁用
在人類或動物研究中已證實 會造成胎兒傷害或畸形；且風險完全超過效益，因此孕婦禁用。
